Mark as Useful Owner of this number calls my cell phone several times a day but will not leave a message. Once when I did answer the phone they asked me to identify myself but when I asked them to identify themselves and what they wanted they hung up.

Mark as Useful They ask to lower interest rate and when questioned further as to what the rate I was paying now and what card exactly it was they hung up. Very suspicious.

Mark as Useful This is an unlicensed debt collector from a company called ACMG. DON'T PAY these bottom feeders. They CANNOT serve you papers and will not take you to court. Report them to the FTC dot gov and to your state's attorney general's office.
